In late 2017, Berner acquired the business operations of Make-Trade Ltd, a Finnish importer and distributor of consumer goods. The acquisition increased product volumes in Viinikkala.
The company started an enterprise resource planning system project late in the year. One of the goals of the project is to increase the efficiency of internal logistics and outbound logistics.
